Introduction

This course is aimed at beginners.  You do not need any previous knowledge of Vedic Astrology.

Course materials

You can purchase the online course, which is essentially comprised of four videos that will address the fundamental concepts of Jyotish.

Once you purchase the course, a link will be sent to your email address to access the videos, comprised of four PowerPoint presentations.  After you have listened to all four videos, there will be an option** to have a brief Zoom meeting to ask questions.  Prepare questions in advance and send to us, and then we will set up a one-on-one call with Ms Rao for 30 minutes where she will address your questions.

Only questions on the course will be addressed, not personal questions.

Subjects will include:

  • Vedic Philosophy: An Overview of Vedic Astrology, including a talk on elements, gunas, aims of life, Video No 1
  • Vedic vs. Western Astrology, Video No 1
  • Grahas (planets), including the shadow planets (Rahu and Ketu), Video No 2
  • Rashis (signs), Video No 2
  • Bhavas (houses), Video No 2
  • Nakshatras (fixed stars), Video No 3 and
  • Overview of Varga charts (divisional charts), Video No 4

**€75 EUR:  For this additional (optional) fee, you can opt to have a 30-minute zoom meeting with Ms Rao to ask questions.
