Introduction

​This course is aimed at those with some basic knowledge of Jyotish (Vedic Astrology).  If you do not have basic knowledge, then please purchase this course first.

In this course, we will delve into the foundational principles of Jaimini Astrology, a sect of Parashara (Vedic Astrology) which focuses on the use of personal significators in your chart to arrive at predictions.

Course materials

This online course is essentially comprised of four videos that will address the fundamental concepts of Jaimini Astrology.

Once you purchase the course, a link will be sent to your email address to access the videos, comprised of four PowerPoint presentations.  After you have listened to all four videos, there will be an option** to have a brief Zoom meeting to ask questions.  Prepare questions in advance and send to us, and then we will set up a one-on-one call with Ms Rao for 30 minutes where she will address your questions.

Only questions on the course will be addressed, not personal questions.

  • Chara Karakas, significators based on longitude of planets in the personal birth chart, Video No 1
  • Sign aspects and padas in Jaimini, Video No 2
  • Discussion on special lagnas such as karakamsha, upapada, and arudha, Video No 2
  • How to use K.N. Rao’s Jaimini Chara Dasha, Video No 3
  • Jaimini methods for predicting important life events, such as moving abroad, career opportunities, and marriage, using example charts, Video No 3
  • Jaimini Yogas, including Jaimini Raja Yogas and Arishta Yogas, Video No 4
